II. The problem

Records that can be bought are worth nothing.

Growing codes, packing codes and lab certificates have been bought and sold. Buyers, banks and insurers cannot tell a true record from a false one. So honest growers are paid the same as everyone else, and lenders stay away.

The state owns the record. Nobody verifies it. We do.

More than 30 rules on every lot; AI below 90% confidence waits for a person.

Export pack

The declaration, phytosanitary and customs set, built from signed data.

Stamps and signed hand-over

A stamp can be copied; the hand-over to the buyer's phone cannot.

Shop app and bounty

Shops account for every stamp; buyers are paid when a fake they report is confirmed.

Tamper evidence

Every event hashed, chained and signed; each day's Merkle root timestamped on Bitcoin.

Prototype live today: 205 database tables, 820 functions, 406 automated tests. Bank, insurer and state connections are being contracted for 2027.
